Pinon Coffee Porter (Brussels Beer Challenge 2018 – Gold)
We live bold here at Rio Bravo, and the NM Pinon Coffee Porter is no exception. Coffee is first to hit you, followed by pine nut, chocolate malt, a balanced bitterness and a hint of vanilla. It’s a great pick-me-up in the morning, noon or night! Brewed in a local-only collaboration with the great folks over at NM Pinon Coffee – it’s all about NM TRUE!! ABV: 6.7% – IBU: 45
El Lobo Rojo official UNM cherry wheat beer (NEW FORMULA)
A classic wheat beer brewed with fresh cherry juice. Delicately hopped with a blend of Columbus and Crystal hops producing a subtle, but distinct hop character which complements the light refreshing cherry taste. The addition of fruit to a classic wheat beer has yielded a surprisingly refreshing light and drinkable beer. Enhanced with natural cherry flavor. ABV: 5.7% – IBU: 15
Freak Juice New England IPA (Australia beer awards 2019 – Bronze)
Our hazy IPA. This beer has notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, guava, pineapple, and citrus flavors. This isn’t your kid’s juice, this is Freak Juice! ABV: 6.0 – IBU: 40
Lobo Louie’s official UNM IPA
This beer not only pairs well with an amazing time with friends, but also after a nice hard work day. The light bodied IPA is sure to refresh your pallet. This IPA has notes of citrus fruits like lime and lemon while also a subtle tangerine in the back bone. ABV: 4.5 – IBU: 40
Basic Witch Pumpkin Latte
We took the white girl’s fall drink and made beer out of it. Perfect for the changing colors of the leaves as well as yoga pants and Ugg boots. This beer has a delicious hand-crafted pumpkin spice blend mixed with a cold brew coffee to create the perfect pumpkin spice latte. Enjoy under a blanket watching Pitch Perfect. ABV: 6.7 – IBU: 20
Splash n’ Dash – just in time for Balloon Fiesta!
Like all of life’s joys they are better with Hops. This beautiful sunrise-looking ale has wonderful tangerine and orange notes throughout. The crisp finish will leave you wanting more. ABV: 5.5 – IBU: 25
